Question 1

How do I buy a car from ER Japanese Cars?

Accepted Answer

The process has five stages: choose a vehicle and send an inquiry, receive vehicle details and a quotation, confirm your order and receive an invoice, make payment and submit proof, then receive your car. Each stage is explained step by step on this page. Start by sending an inquiry with the vehicle you are interested in.

Question 2

How do I send an inquiry?

Accepted Answer

Use the inquiry form on this page. Enter your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country and a message, and add the vehicle reference if you have one. The form tells you clearly whether your inquiry was delivered. If it reports an error, contact the ER team using the details on your invoice or earlier correspondence, if you have them.

Question 3

Can I request additional vehicle information?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After you inquire, you can ask our team for further details about the vehicle, such as specifications, condition information or additional images. What is available depends on the individual vehicle.

Question 4

How will I receive my quotation?

Accepted Answer

Our team replies to your inquiry with the available vehicle information, pricing and shipping details. The exact channel is agreed with you during the conversation. The quotation sample on this page is an illustration only. Final amounts always come from ER in writing.

Question 5

When will I receive my invoice?

Accepted Answer

You receive the official ER invoice after you have reviewed the final quotation and confirmed your order. The timing depends on how quickly the details are confirmed. Contact our team if you need an update.

Question 6

What payment methods are available?

Accepted Answer

ER works with international bank transfer (T/T / SWIFT). PayPal and credit or debit card payments are available only where our team confirms them for your transaction. Your invoice will state the payment options and instructions that apply to you.

Question 7

How does international bank transfer work?

Accepted Answer

You ask your bank to send an international SWIFT / T/T transfer to the beneficiary details printed on your official ER invoice, using the invoice number as the payment reference where supported. Afterwards you share your transfer confirmation with ER so the payment can be verified. Bank fees and processing times depend on your bank.

Question 8

What is a T/T payment copy?

Accepted Answer

A T/T payment copy is the confirmation document your bank gives you after sending a telegraphic transfer. It normally shows the amount, date and reference of the transfer. You can upload it using the payment proof form on this page.

Question 9

Can I pay using PayPal?

Accepted Answer

Only where ER approves it for your transaction. If PayPal is available, our team will send an official PayPal payment request or link. Do not pay to any PayPal address that did not come from ER. Contact our team to ask whether it can be used for your purchase.

Question 10

Can I pay by credit card?

Accepted Answer

Card payment is available only where ER offers it through an approved secure payment provider. Ask our team whether it applies to your order. ER never asks you to send card numbers by email or chat. Any card payment is made on the provider's own secure page.

Question 11

How do I submit payment proof?

Accepted Answer

Use the payment proof form on this page. Enter your invoice number, payment method and date, then attach your transfer confirmation as a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 5 MB. The form shows whether the upload was accepted. If it is not switched on yet, send the proof to the team through the channel stated on your invoice.

Question 12

How will I know my payment is verified?

Accepted Answer

Submitting proof is not the same as verification. ER checks the payment against its own records and then confirms with you directly. Do not treat your payment as verified until our team has told you so.

Question 13

How long does international shipping take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the destination, the shipping method and vessel schedules, so ER does not promise a fixed time on this page. Your quotation and shipping details will explain what applies to your order. Contact our team for the current information.

Question 14

What documents are required?

Accepted Answer

Typical documents include the commercial invoice, bill of lading and export certificate, plus a translated export certificate or inspection certificate where required. Requirements vary by destination country. Your ER contact will tell you what applies to yours.

Question 15

Are import duties and taxes included?

Accepted Answer

Import duties, taxes and local registration costs are set by your destination country and are not assumed to be part of the vehicle price. Your quotation and invoice will state exactly what is included. If anything is unclear, contact our team before paying.

Question 16

Can I track my shipment?

Accepted Answer

Shipment documents such as the bill of lading carry reference details that the shipping line can use. Ask our team what tracking information is available for your shipment. There is no live tracker on this page.

Question 17

What happens after my vehicle arrives?

Accepted Answer

After arrival at the destination port you complete the local import procedures with the documents ER provides. Where collection or delivery is available, our team can explain the options. Local clearance and registration steps depend on your country.

Question 18

How can I contact ER for assistance?

Accepted Answer

Use the inquiry form on this page. If direct contact details such as email, phone or WhatsApp are published on this site, you can use those as well.
